As a beginner committee, FIFA provides an excellent introduction to international sports governance and diplomatic negotiation. This committee addresses critical issues of governance reform, ethical standards, and the future direction of international football in a rapidly changing world.

Delegates will represent member associations, confederations, and football stakeholders in debates on organizational transparency, corruption prevention, and responsible governance.
